This workshop takes place every month, starting on the 1st Monday or Wednesday of the month at 6pm.
It is the best way to start your ashtanga yoga practice.
During 4 weeks you will have a 1hr weekly class (6 to 7pm), dedicated to you within a small group (5 students max), and unlimitted access to all the yoga classes in the schedulee for 1 month.
In each class you will build up the sequence progressively at your own rhythm and will learn theory & practice of themes like breath, bandha, drishti, chanting, injury managment, within others.
This program will help you get familiar with ashtanga yoga and develop your own self-practice so that you can comfortably bring it into the mysore room or keep practicing it at home.
