Yoga Circle Collective Healing Lab
-
The essence of Yoga Circle is to offer a sacred space where we can connect within, without & with each other, raising our (individual, ancestral and collective) consciousness in community, through practices that support us in re-membering our Wholeness.
-
We aim to do this by offering different practices, many of them rooted in ancient traditions much greater than us, which can inspire us to dive deeper to the essence of who we truly are.
These are divided in 3 categories:
Yoga = Union.
Originating in India more than 5000 years ago, Yoga is an ancient medicine with the capacity to heal the fragmentation within (body, mind and spirit) and without (self and others). At Yoga Circle, Yoga is offered through the practices of asana, pranayama, meditation and mantra.
Circle = a timeless medicine to connect with each other. Gathering in circle been happened since the beginning of times; an ancient practice that tends to the collective and & heals the collective wound of separation between me & others (othering). Offered at Yoga Circle through community circles and collective healing circles. Read more …
Lab = a space to explore & co-create new & healthy ways of relating.
At Yoga Circle the Lab provides a space where folks who want to build community (artists, activists, space holders, …), can co-create healthy relational spaces with those who are looking for community and eager to birth a more meaningful, joyful, inclusive, responsible, and just world. Connect … -
We are going through a crucial phase in humanity where we have the opportunity and the responsibility to birth, learn and practice, new ways of relating and existing.
To do that, we need safer spaces to connect with each other and to heal in community.
While individual work is essential healing together is crucial.
To heal together we need to practice relating in healthier ways with our Selves and with each other, and to witness and support each other in the process.
All ethnicities, all genders, all ages, all bodies.

Please:
The shala is a quiet space, be mindful.
Leave your phone in “do not disturb” and leave it in the shoe rack.
For led class, arrive a few minutes before class to respect others and give yourself enough time to check in, get changed and land onto the yoga mat. You can use the few extra minutes before class to sit quietly and focus on your breath, or do a few gentle stretches to warm up. Door will close 5 min after the class starts.
If you suffer from any medical condition, are injured, or pregnant, tell the teacher before class begins.
Mind your personal hygiene. Come clean and fresh to class, be mindful of chemical products or artificial smells, as strong scents travel easily during class.
If you’re using props, return them neatly to their rightful place upon leaving. If you’re practicing on a studio’s mat, clean it well at the end of the class before hanging it back. Mat sprayers and cleaning towels are available in the shala.
Yoga is better practiced on an empty stomach, particularly the more dynamic classes and pranayama sessions.
It is recommended not to drink water during your practice. Please come hydrated and you are welcomed to bring a water bottle to drink some water after practice.
