Experience the therapeutic power of music in this special event with drum circle facilitator Lyle Povah, who has been bringing people together through music and movement in events and institutions accross the world since 1991.
Designed for adults aged 19 and over, this session provides a supportive space to explore hand drumming and percussion-based activities with the Djembe (African hand drum).
Lyle will guide us through an interactive drumming session that helps reduce anxiety, lift the mood, and foster a sense of belonging.
Join us to connect within, without, and with each other through the vibrant energy of drumming in circle!
Lyle is the Founder and CEO of The Rhythm of Life Society, a charitable organization with the mission of easing isolation and loneliness through interactive drum circle events, envisioning a world where the transformative power of music and movement elevates the well-being of all people.
Every Body is welcome.
No prior experience is needed—just bring yourself. All instruments will be provided.
