Verónica Berezowsky

Hola, my name is Veronica.

The practices that I share at Yoga Circle have profoundly touched my life and continue to be essential tools in my journey. I share them with deep respect & devotion, in the hope that they may touch your life as well.

I have practiced yoga for over 2 decades. The depth that I found in the system of Ashtanga inspired me to study it, adopt a daily practice, and eventually start sharing it in 2011 under the guidance of my teacher Claudia Pradella.

In the last years I have had the privilege to study with (and be inspired by) Eddie Stern, who has supported my deepening of pranayama practice, which together with meditation, have become an anchor as I move through my perimenopausal years.

Cyclical awareness was an initiatory practice that keeps providing me with an inner compass and showing me the divine dance of darkness & light, feminine & masculine that exists within and without us all. My main teachers over two decades have been my Womb & Mother Earth.

Authentic Movement touched my soul since the first time I closed my eyes in a session. It has been the most potent tool to listen within and beyond myself. I was introduced to the discipline in 2012 by my teacher Celine Gimbrere, and have been mentored by Tannis Hughil since 2018.

Currently I work in private practice and community settings. The essence of my work centres on holding sacred space for an embodied transpersonal process to develop, which supports individual, ancestral & collective healing, in a journey towards a more conscious, fulfilling and meaningful existence (Wholeness). I use tools like somatic psychotherapy, EMDR, cyclic awareness, embodiment & breathing practices, self-inquiry, psycho-spiritual education, ritual and ceremony, with my own process being at the center of my work.

I am honoured to serve in the board of Yoga Outreach and as faculty of The Movement Arc.

I look forward to connecting with you and inspire each other. Bienvenide!
